Épron Quievy & Associés is a law firm dedicated to corporate, mergers & acquisitions, tax and litigation as well as finance and banking law.

The firm has been launched in 2022 by two attorneys registered with the Paris bar, Étienne Épron and Jean-François Quievy. Based on their experience and of the one of their respective teams, the firm acts both in the advisory field and in litigation.  Thanks to these crossed knowledges, the firm may assist its clients within a broad spectrum of operations and disputes.

Parisian due to its location, Épron Quievy & Associés has a strong international orientation. All our members are speaking at least two foreign languages and they are used to work within integrated teams set with members of our foreign partner firms, favouring their capacity to monitor the implementation of cross-border operations and of multi-jurisdictional disputes.
