A challenge-oriented Paris based independent law firm

Épron Quievy & Associés is a law firm dedicated to corporate, mergers & acquisitions, tax and litigation as well as finance and banking law.

The firm has been launched in 2022 by two attorneys registered with the Paris bar, Étienne Épron and Jean-François Quievy. Based on their experience and of the one of their respective teams, the firm acts both in the advisory field and in litigation.  Thanks to these crossed knowledges, the firm may assist its clients within a broad spectrum of operations and disputes.

Its corporate culture is based on the experience of the founders within some of the most important international law firms. The attorneys of the firm are dedicated to the highest standards in the practice of law, they stand out of the crowd due to their unrivalled understandings of the economic issues at stake for their clients. This particular understanding of the economic realities allows them to propose efficient and realistic solutions, in line with the expectations of the business community.

While the firm’s attorneys are literary persons, they distinguish themselves by their attraction to numbers. More specifically, they do master accounting issues and they always tend to model financial and tax consequences of the operations they are working on.

Parisian due to its location, Épron Quievy & Associés has a strong international orientation. All our members are speaking at least two foreign languages and they are used to work within integrated teams set with members of our foreign partner firms, favouring their capacity to monitor the implementation of cross-border operations and of multi-jurisdictional disputes.
