On Friday April 17, 2020, Étienne Épron, attorney at law of the Paris bar and expert in international sanctions mechanisms, was interviewed by Philomé Robert within the frame of the France 24 TV news. His intervention concerned in particular the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on international sanctions in the light of Pope Francis’ call for the lifting of said sanctions.
