Coline Chasseray is a jurist within the Corporate Law and International Litigation departments of EQA Avocats.
A graduate of the Université Nice Côte d’Azur, where she specialised in international commercial law and arbitration, Coline has developed a strong understanding of the cross-border legal environments that characterise the Côte d’Azur and Monaco region. She subsequently developed a particular affinity for litigation, shaped by her experience within the banks and courts of the Principality of Monaco, notably in the area of international sanctions relating to anti-money laundering.
She now advises and supports business leaders on their commercial and entrepreneurial challenges. Alongside assisting the firm’s clients on regulatory compliance matters, she is involved in structuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and any other legal operations required in the course of business activity.
