Maximilien assists companies and individuals in managing and optimising their assets, both in France and abroad. He also advises them during tax audits or disputes, and supports them in their dealings with the tax authorities. His expertise covers the legal and tax monitoring of companies, the structuring of transactions within groups, as well as advising individuals on their reporting obligations (income tax, IFI, Dutreil arrangements, 3% tax, exit tax, etc.), including in an international context. A graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg and holder of a Master’s degree in Public Law from the University of Strasbourg, Maximilien is fluent in French, English and German. His career, marked by experience in law firms, at the Administrative Court of Strasbourg and at the Banque de France, enables him to provide clear, effective and tailored solutions to even the most complex situations.
