Arnaud Bourgeois is a member of the Paris Bar. His practice is resolutely international, focused on cross-border litigation, international criminal law, public and private international law, and the protection of Human Rights.
His academic background reflects a strong grounding in international law. He holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Relations and European Union Law with honours from Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense, where he wrote a thesis on “the renaissance of arbitration in tax matters, towards a multilateralisation of sources” under the supervision of Professor Jean-Marc Thouvenin. He subsequently completed his legal training with the CAPA at the Haute-École des Avocats-Conseils in Versailles.
With over seven years of experience at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners in Moscow, he developed sharp expertise in handling complex multi-jurisdictional matters, particularly in international arbitration, sanctions, and judicial cooperation. Since establishing himself in Paris, he brings this experience to bear in the defence of his clients’ interests in high-stakes international cases.
