Coline Chasseray

Social connection:

Coline Chasseray is a legal counsel within the Corporate Law and International Litigation departments of EQA Avocats. A graduate of Université Nice Côte d’Azur, where she specialised in international commercial law and arbitration, Coline has developed a thorough understanding of the cross-border legal environments that characterise the French Riviera and Monegasque region. She subsequently developed a particular appetite for litigation, shaped by her experience within banks and courts of the Principality of Monaco, notably in the field of international sanctions relating to anti-money laundering.

She now advises and supports executives on their commercial and entrepreneurial challenges. While assisting the firm’s clients on regulatory compliance matters, she is involved in structuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and any other legal operations required by business activity.

She also contributes to international litigation matters relating to European Union restrictive measures.
